Monitoring the alarm system means: receiving radio and telephone signals and giving appropriate information to people or services. Receiving alarm signals from the transmitting devices installed in the client’s vehicle causes an immediate action of the intervention group in case of emergency and enable to detect any malfunction of the alarm system such as defect or sabotage.
At the moment of the alarm or break-in, the alarm signal is received by the Monitoring Centre which gets in touch with the client. If the alarm is confirmed, The Centre sends the Patrol or the Pursuit Unit to recover a stolen vehicle.
